Located along a major commercial highway, the new Monroeville Kia dealership
converted an abandoned retail furniture store into a state of the art automobile service
facility. The existing building was completely renovated, including extensive new windows
to provide an abundance of natural light at the showroom and offices, a new indoor
customer service center drop-off, bays with painted exposed structure for better lighting,
and a body shop on a second floor with a high-tech paint spray booth.
The exterior facades were also updated with new stucco, paint, glass block and
aluminum frame windows.
Sitting adjacent to the Owner's current Dodge Dealership, this facility has doubled the
size of the dealerships and provided a meaningful adaptive re-use to an abandoned
building.
