Bobby Rahal Mercedes-Benz   Wexford, PA

Client Bobby Rahal Motorcar Company
Construction Cost 3,500,000
Size 50,665 square feet

The Owner acquired a Mercedes-Benz dealership with the goal to construct a new sales and service facility which would provide their customers with the highest quality of sales and maintenance service available in the Pittsburgh market.

The building is situated on a major commercial highway and is located between two other automobile dealerships. There is one primary structure on the site which houses all of the activities of the business.

A two-story glass showroom is provided at the front of the building. Sales and finance offices to the rear of the space serve the showroom. A drive-through customer service area separates the sales area from the parts and service areas on the main floor. Offices for service representatives are adjacent to the drive-through. A lounge and Mercedes-Benz boutique are provided here as well. Parts and service departments are located towards the rear of the building on the main floor. A large lower level provides additional indoor showroom space as well as a delivery prep area and mechanical support spaces. A car wash is provided at the rear of the building. The Owner's offices, parts storage and employee areas are found on the upper floor.

Project Features:
