Cranberry Corporate Center Cranberry Township, PA
The Cranberry Corporate Center is an office park located in Butler County,
owned and operated by the Rubinoff Company. Since 1992, RSSC has worked
with the developer to plan and construct five flex, incubator buildings. Each
building was designed and built from a simple layout and economical materials
to give the owner the greatest degree of flexibility in leasing the space. The
buildings are constructed with sixteen-foot clear height and minimal interference
from structural columns. The buildings are sited to separate employee/visitor
circulation from truck traffic and designed to be functional yet still offer an
attractive alternative to garage-like metal buildings.
