Yerecic Label Company   Westmoreland County, PA

Yerecic Label Company came to Ross Schonder Sterzinger Cupcheck for a new building design that would be located on a prime corner site in the Westmoreland Business and Research Park.

The original building was a small, metal sided building in Penn Township and they were seeking an enhanced corporate image with their new office and manufacturing building that would showcase their operations for present and future clients.

Ross Schonder Sterzinger Cupcheck located the building to take advantage of site amenities and orientation. The design provides office views of the pond located on the property, conceals the manufacturing and loading areas as much as possible, and provides a direct view of the office entrance as one approaches the site.

By working carefully with a restricted budget, Ross Schonder Sterzinger Cupcheck was able to create a 6,800 square foot, brick office building with a front plaza and sign wall for maximum exposure. The 14,500 square foot manufacturing area consisted of a pre-engineered metal building with an upgraded flush metal panel wall system. The Owner's future space needs were provided with an expandable end wall and a flat portion of the site for a probable addition to the production bays.
