Donna graduated from The Pennsylvania State University in 1988 with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. Her first architectural job was as a summer intern with the Penn State Physical plant at the Main Campus. After graduating from Penn State, her first full-time job was with The Chester Engineers in Coraopolis, PA. This job involved a great deal of industrial work designing structures as part of water treatment facilities for various municipalities and major manufacturing corporations. She was employed there for 18 months until December of 1989 when she took a position with Ross Schonder Sterzinger Cupcheck. In March 2005, Donna was promoted to Associate at RSSC.

Donna is the primary specifications writer for RSSC, assisting in product research and coordination of drawings and specifications for all office projects. Donna is a Certified Construction Specifier, a member of the American Institute of Architects, and the Construction Specifications Institute. She was the 2004 Award Winner for the CSI Pittsburgh Chapter specification writing competition.

Outside the office, Donna is involved on a volunteer basis with the North Allegheny School District Principal Parent Committee and as a troop leader with Girl Scouts of America.

Donna is married to Jim Radock, another Penn State architecture graduate, and has two children.
