Armstrong County Commissioners unanimously passed an agreement earlier this month to award an architectural agreement to RSSC Architecture of Wexford (Allegheny County) to design possible repairs to the Armstrong County Courthouse cupola . Initial grants to study the dome were awarded in June 2011.
